Every service we offer comes back to the same thing. Salt, sun and humidity are hard on homes here, and the work has to be done with that in mind.
That's why washing comes before painting, why wood gets dried before it's stained, and why concrete gets prepped before it's coated. It's slower. It also lasts.

How every job works
- A real estimate. Adam comes out, looks at the surfaces, listens to what you want, and puts it in writing.
- Prep first. Washing, scraping, sanding, patching and priming come before any finish goes on.
- Quality products. Paints, stains and coatings made for humidity, salt air and coastal sun.
- Clean job sites. We protect floors, furniture and landscaping, and we clean up every day.
- A final walk through. We look at the finished work with you before we call it done.
Doing more than one project?
A lot of our jobs combine services. A wash before an exterior repaint. A deck stain right after a dock wash. Interior painting the same month as popcorn ceiling removal. When it makes sense, we'll plan them together so you're not paying for two separate setups and the work happens in the right order.

Yes. Cook's Coastal Painting does residential and commercial work, from a single office door to a full exterior.
Are your estimates free?
Yes. Every estimate is free and written out so you can see the surfaces, the prep and what's included.
Which service should I start with?
If the outside of the house looks dull, green or chalky, start with a wash. It may be all you need, and if it isn't, it's the first step of any paint or stain job anyway.
Do you offer drywall and plaster repair?
Yes. Drywall and plaster repair are part of our interior work, and they're often done right before painting.
What areas do you serve?
